Terms of use

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms apply to the Mommy MD website and app. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

Only people invited by a family's account owner can sign in. There is no public sign-up.

Not medical advice

Mommy MD gives general information to help a family understand health records and readings. It is not a doctor, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace medical care. Always ask a doctor about health decisions, and never start, stop or change a medicine because of something in the app.

Not for emergencies

In an emergency, call 911. The app may not show readings right away, and it may not notice a problem. Do not rely on it to get help.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login private.
  • Only add information that is true and that you are allowed to share.
  • Do not try to reach anyone else's information.

Records from other places

Information from MyChart, Apple Health and home devices comes from those services. We cannot promise it is complete, correct or up to date. MyChart, Epic, Apple Health and device names belong to their owners, and those companies do not endorse Mommy MD.

Availability

The app is provided as it is. We may change it or stop it at any time, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Limits on responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Mommy MD and the people who run it are not responsible for losses that come from using the app or from not being able to use it.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time and ask for your information to be deleted. See the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Ohio.
